Featured Projects

Agricultural Grain Export Expansion
To support Ontario’s farming industry, we recently expanded our agricultural bulk handling capabilities. This project included the integration of high-capacity storage silos and rapid-loading conveyor systems, allowing local agricultural products to be safely and efficiently loaded onto international vessels for global export.

Renewable Energy Heavy-Lift Operations
The Port of Oshawa proudly serves as a critical entry point for oversized renewable energy infrastructure. In this featured project, our specialized stevedoring teams safely discharged, stored, and transloaded massive wind turbine blades and tower components, showcasing our premium heavy-lift capabilities and expansive laydown areas.

Marine Infrastructure & Dock Upgrades
To accommodate larger Seawaymax vessels and increase overall cargo throughput, the port underwent significant infrastructure enhancements. This included targeted dock wall reinforcements and berth dredging, ensuring safer, faster, and more efficient mooring for heavy-tonnage vessels carrying construction materials and steel.

Seamless Multimodal Integration
Eliminating supply chain bottlenecks is our priority. This project focused on upgrading our on-port rail spurs to provide a seamless, high-volume transfer of structural steel, cement, and aggregates directly from cargo ships to North America’s Class-1 rail network, significantly reducing highway truck traffic and transit times.
